Griffins

Griffins are a reace of semi-intelligent beasts that resemble a cross between a bird of prey (typically an eagle) and a large cat (typically a lion). Griffins have been spotted on numerous planes, but are probably most prominent in northwestern Jamuraa on Dominaria. A famous griffin from this region was Zuberi, Golden Feather.
