Evincar

Evincar was a title used to indicate the ruler of the Stronghold on Rath. The Tempest storybook mentions that the title of evincar may have been used for other Phyrexian rulers on other planes.

Known evincars include:

• Croag
• Burgess
• Davvol
• Volrath
• Crovax Windgrace
• Weaver King (unofficial, he took control of it for himself)
• Mirri (in an alternate reality)
