Main article: The Colosseum

The main attraction of the Colosseum are World Projects, large integrated role-playing games, whose makers, World Project Leaders have a subset of the moderator powers. However, in the main Colosseum forum are quests, single- or multiple-thread adventures that can be started by anyone.

[edit] Retired World Projects

[edit] World Project: The Sanctuary

The Sanctuary is a retired World Project that was moderated by Lock Down, PurpleD, Rayne, and Yukora. It is set in the distant future, the year 2429, five years after Armageddon, where a nuclear war has broken loose. Realizing this, four scientists created a "Bio-shield" of immense power around the most serene place they could find, a place they named "The Sanctuary".

[edit] World Project: Invasion

Invasion is an active World Project that is moderated by TripleThreat1121.

Invasion is set in 2011, in Homestead, a small suburban town on the south-west tip of Florida.

As of late, Hurricane Eve has come and gone, being the worst hurricane ever to hit Homestead; it was strictly worse than the first two hurricanes of the 2007 hurricane streak - something was different about this hurricane, though.

[edit] World Project: Afterworld

Afterworld was a World Project moderated by Nai.

[edit] World Project: Between Heaven & Hell

Moderated by The Fallen Desyphur.

[edit] World Project: Realms of Rome

Realms of Rome is a retired World Project that was moderated by Danbanzero, and Spanglegluppet. It was retired on 27 December, 2006, due to inactivity and "people have forgotten about it, it just wouldn't work".

The story and game-play of Realms of Rome is based around a temporal rift opening in Rome, Italy, in the 1st and 27th centuries. The result is a pathway between these eras of time, via an alien dimension, and a war against the dimension's horrific inhabitants when they invade human territory.
