Velis Vel

Velis Vel is a hidden cavern associated with the changelings of Lorwyn. Once each year the sun shines through cracks in the ceiling, creating shifting lights. This event also causes the changelings to convene in the cavern.[1]
Velis Vel is marked with runes, each one commemorating a form that has been taken by a changeling.[2].
Planeswalkers visiting this place generally agree not to summon slivers.
