Banners, signatures, avatars, messages, polls and other things that need to be tested before used in the regular forums. Post counts don't count, but the forum decency rules still apply. A large percentage of the threads in the Testing Grounds are made up by MTGsneakyhomunculus threads. The forum's only moderator is Feyd Ruin.
