Seaton was a Thran city-state. When the Thran Alliance revealed the atrocities Yawgmoth had committed during his exile, and told the Thran they would declare war if Yawgmoth wasn’t stripped of his privileges, Seaton voted that Yawgmoth could stay. Seaton was destroyed along with all the other Thran city-states during the culmination of the Thran Civil War.
