Since his registering to MTGNews in 3 September, 2003, RickCorgan has built a reputation as a prominent designer of custom Magic cards, which he carried over to MTG Salvation. He is known for designing entire blocks, rather than individual cards.[1]
His username comes from Billy Corgan, lead vocalist of one of his favorite bands, The Smashing Pumpkins.

At MTG Salvation, he became a member of the Greek Alliance. He is also a regular in other clan threads, such as the ImageCrafters, Magic Coffeehouse, and Shatter.

In real life, Rick is a college graduate in Social Communications, working as a copywriter for an advertising agency. He currently lives in Salvador, Brazil, and is a football (soccer) fan, supporting Brazilian teams SE Palmeiras and EC Bahia.
He is a singer, songwriter and rhythm guitarist for an indie rock band named Starla
