Ratepe, son of Mideah (or Rat for short) was recruited by Xantcha to free Urza from his madness.
He physically resembled Mishra and talked Urza into focusing his efforts to defeat the Phyrexians. He eventually became Xantcha's lover and sacrificed himself to help Urza defeat Gix.
