Planar Chaos (clan)

Planar Chaos is a relatively new clan, started by a group of players in the Magic the Gathering RPG World Project. Despite its origin, it's open to all who have a current character anywhere in the Colosseum. Many WPLs are friends, if not full members.

[edit] Early history
Some of the members had a fair amount of time on their hands, and were really enjoying discussing the WP, their characters, and general topics in the WP's Welcome/Discussion thread. With the thread (originally intended to answer questions new players have about the WP) exploding at a rate of over 100 posts per day, the Colo mods and several World Project Leaders had had enough.
The posters were told not to continue their random discussions in the W/D thread, but in a special thread called, appropriately enough, "Random Chatter".
For a few days, this worked, until the Colosseum mods decided the thread really had no place in the WP and they moved it to the Testing Grounds. This was somewhat upsetting, and it was thought that the entire discussion would die off and be forgotten.

A new idea formed; turning the whole thing into an actual clan. Members were found, and the clan application was submitted. The issue finally boiled down to a name for the clan. The clan's founder, GigaGuess, had suggested Colo Rats, but in a moment of randomness future clan member Avatar of Kokusho suggested Planar Chaos, because it's "like all the worlds collided or something".

The clan is now into its ninth thread, "[Planar Chaos] Has Cycling {0}." The eight previous threads "[Planar Chaos]Devours 1d6 People Per Turn.", "[Planar Chaos]. Because...well...BUNNY!", "[Planar Chaos] and the Phyrexian Kitten Adoption Center!", "[Planar Chaos]! We're Progeni-licious!", "[Planar Chaos]! I've had it with this Chaos in my Planes!", "[Planar Chaos], where the Deer and the Elder Gods Play", "[Planar Chaos]: Across the uni-erm-multiverse!", and "[Planar Chaos]: When in doubt, a time rift did it!" were retired to the Clan Archives.
