Magic Rulings

Magic Rulings is a subforum on [[MTG Salvation] listed under the Fundamentals directory where rules-questions about Magic cards are discussed, and eventually answered. Magic Rulings also features two sub-forums for ordinary users; Variant Formats and Unglued Questions and Cranial Insertion (Articles) (which redirects the user to the main Cranial Insertion article page). A third hidden sub-forum exists for certified judges, Judge Forum.
Formerly, there was a sole moderator for Magic Rulings — Craven; but, when he became busy, he requested the assistance of another moderator — this moderator was Woapalanne. Later, in 2007, when Craven was demoted from his Global Moderator position and resigned as a Moderator as a whole, the newly-promoted Binary took over the Magic Rulings forum, with Woapalanne his co-moderator. Soon after Craven was reinstated as a Global Moderator, he was returned control of all forums that he previous had control over, save Magic Rulings, where Binary has taken over permanently.
