Lowallyn was one of the three Numena. The others are Kuberr, god of the Cabal, and Averru, a god in the form of a giant city, renamed Sanctum. Lowallyn is the "Lord of Hidden Waters". He slew the blue Primeval, Dromar. By doing so, he received Dromar's powers.
