Liches

Liches are beings who have stored their life force in an object called a phylactery so that their mortal body will endure upwards of millenia in undeath. Planeswalkers are capable of undergoing the transition to lichdom, as represented with such cards as Lich, Lich's Mirror, and Nefarious Lich . Within the game, liches are of the zombie creature type.
