On 6 February, 2007, sneakyhomunculus, busied with his personal life, decided to resign as Administrator of MTGSalvation; sneakyhomunculus stated, in the Special Occassions thread, titled "I'm leaving the site kiddos"[1],
| “ | I have decided to resign as an administrator of MTG Salvation. Although I have had a great time on the staff, I think it's time to pass to torch to someone else. Adding some fresh blood and giving someone the chance who has new ideas and is willing to put a lot of time into this great site. Personally I found it getting harder and harder to combine the responsibilities of the admin job with my personal life and aren't really willing to do so anymore. I have already discussed this with my fellow admin and hannes and seds will announce the new admin later today. I'm sure he will do a great job and I have every fate in him being perfect for the position. | ” |
With sneakyhomunculus' departure announced, and his de-adminning, there was only one admin, urzassedatives, who, with sneakyhomunculus and Hannes, prior to sneakyhomunculus' resignation, decided that the position of administrator would best belong to Lesurgo, who was later promoted.[2]

[edit] Biography
Gavin Verhey is a fervent tournament competitor whose accomplishments include a top eight at 2005 Washington Regionals, a top four at 2006 Washington Regionals, 10th place at the 2005 Junior Super Series Championships, 13 place at the 2006 Junior Super Series Championships, as well as several Pro Tour Qualifier, Grand Prix Trial and Junior Super Series challenge top eights. He also formed the successful Internet-based team Unknown Stars.
Verhey currently lives in the state of Washington. [3]
