Jugan, the Rising Star, was a spirit dragon and the guardian of Jukai Forest.
During the Kami War, Jugan was summoned by the Fudaiju monks and later by the orochi along with the Myojin of Life's Web. Eventually he died and passed his strength on to the monks.
