Jason Carthalion of Carthalion lineage, ward to Oriel Kjeldos, was the champion of Clan Emerald of Storgard. He was a user of green mana and a childhood friend of Freyalise. During a duel with Freyalise commanded by King Miko in which he used the Fyndhorn Bow and the Shield of the Ages, Jason was manipulated by Tevesh Szat, and fatally wounded Freyalise, who ascended. Jason left Storgard with Oriel Kjeldos and the others.
