Hydrokinesis is a former moderator of The Rumor Mill. Known for his enthusiastic attitude in the Rumor Mill, along with inventing numerous "catchphrases" with reference to upcoming sets (hence his unofficial title, the Official Catchphrase Guru of the Rumor Mill), he was one of the leading suppliers of rumours to the Mill and has been an avid Rumor Mill enthusiast since the beginning of his time on the site.

James is also the co-creator of the New Zealand made CCG called Power Fantasy. He has a child, a son.
