On the MTG Salvation forums, Forum Leaders are those with higher-access privileges; they include actual staff (Moderators, Global Moderators, Administrators, Technicians, and Owners) and World Project Leaders.

World Project Leaders
World Project Leaders are the group of users whose members have a subset of moderator powers, so as to effectively run their World Project in the Colosseum forum.
Unless a World Project Leader is also a moderator, he or she is not a moderator, per se; a World Project Leader, like other forum leaders, cannot be added to an ignore list, and has a distinguishing blue tag.

Moderators
Moderators (mods) are the group of users who monitor MTG Salvation on a day-to-day basis to ensure adherence to the Forum Rules. They give out warnings and infractions as penalties for infringement of these rules. Each moderator is assigned a specific forum or forums to monitor.

Global moderators
Global moderators exercise moderator control over all the MTG Salvation forums. Globals can also issue suspensions and may ban in emergency situations.

Administrators
Administrators are the group of users who run MTG Salvation on a day-to-day basis. They perform almost all functions necessary to run the site.

Technicians
Technicians (also known as Techs) are the group of users who take care of the programming and solve other technical problems at MTG Salvation. Though technicians do not moderate, per se, some technicians have been assigned as moderators of specific forums, such as the Magic Software and Technical Support forums.
