Chignon

Chignon was a Thran city-state. When the Thran Alliance revealed the atrocities Yawgmoth had committed during his exile, and told the Thran they would declare war if Yawgmoth wasn’t stripped of his privileges, Chignon voted for peace and Yawgmoth’s exile. When the votes where counted and Yawgmoth could stay, the city joined the Alliance against him.
