Norwegian is not a single language. Danish and sweedish are not talking exactly the same language. Attempts to create pages in "Norwegian" would end up in a verbal war of unseen dimensions. On the other hand the end result could be a new language called "Norwegian" or simply Dwanorsk! (May be modified!) Faceless Wanderer 11:23, 24 April 2007 (UTC)

Aside from Bokmal, isn't there Norsk, too? If you're willing to contribute to Danish, Faeroese, Swedish, and whatever, we can attend to those too. MM (talk!) 06:29, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

Thanks though for the info. MM (talk!) 06:30, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Differences_between_Norwegian_Bokm%C3%A5l_and_Standard_Danish aaahhh... I haven't a clue. MM (talk!) 06:39, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

Greenland is also part of denmark so it kinda counts as norwegian too. "Norwegian" is simply to wast to contain a singular language. Okay so we have these Danish, Sweedish, Norsk, Bokmal? Faeroese, and greenlandish. We could include Jysk, Fynsk and Bornholmsk. But the main problem is probably that Norway has lead to the term Norwegian, and people then started to include norther europe into that term. Faceless Wanderer 09:31, 25 April 2007 (UTC)

God I am so confused. So, "Norwegian" is like the granddaddy of all "Scandinavian" languages? Thanks for informing an otherwise lost-case, again. Any suggestions on what should be done? --MM (talk!) 09:43, 25 April 2007 (UTC)
