Arzakon was a planeswalker that tricked five powerful mages into casting the Spell of Dominion. The mages thought this would give them control over Shandalar, but in truth, this would allow Arzakon to enter the veil around Shandalar. He was thwarted by a young mage.
Arzakon was the villain of the MicroProse computer game.
